Our goal

The program’s goal is to contribute in continuous evidence generation for the rare disease therapeutic, as well as providing complimentary anti-drug IgG antibody and adverse event related immunogenicity testing services for Pompe, Fabry, Gaucher, ASMD and MPS I patients, and biomarker testing services for Pompe, Fabry, Gaucher and ASMD patients.

Our Program

Commercial Testing Program

The Commercial Rare Disease Specialty Testing Program provides immunogenicity testing for Pompe, Fabry, Gaucher, ASMD and MPS I patients, and biomarker testing for Pompe, Fabry, Gaucher and ASMD patients.

For ASMD biomarker testing: available only in countries where the drug is being commercialized.

MAP samples are also trackable through the tracking section.

Specifically, the in-lab TAT in business days for anti-drug IgG antibody and biomarker testing is 14 days while TAT for anti-drug IgE antibody, complement activation, and tryptase and anti-drug neutralizing antibody testing is 5 days. Please note, TATs do not include sample transport time. Samples collected outside of the United States can take up to 14 days for delivery at Labcorp for testing.

No, although anti-drug neutralizing antibody testing is intended to further characterize a positive anti-drug IgG antibody response, a neutralizing antibody test is not performed unless the test is specifically ordered.
